Periodical Receiving
If you can't find a title: “Title” does a more broad search if you can't locate periodical by the Journal Title. There are a few different ways to search for a title. ISSN, Author, Title and Journal title are the most common that I use. All of those can be chosen if you go back to the “Headings List” and change your information there.

Go to tab 6 (HOL Links) and update holdings. Select Edit. Add current volume as last volume in the 866. If holdings statement already says the first volume that we own and a dash to the present day, do nothing. If holdings are incomplete, make sure there is a public note for Incomplete holdings. See example:
Ex 1: 866 41 $a v.32 (1972)-v.112 (2020) $z Incomplete holdings
Ex 2: 866 41 $a v.32 (1972)- $z Incomplete holdings
