Copy catalogue any titles according to our regular FastCat (mono or DVD) guidelines. When creating the item, under the General Information (1) tab:

Sublibrary: UMIDA
Collection: UIREG
Item Status: 01
Item Process Status: PC

Create holding as usual.

NOTE: if UMass already owns a title

Use the same bib for Mt. Ida reserves. Create a new holding. Mt. Ida reserve items will be attached to the new holding. Example: Aleph bib number 004161769.
