Visiting the Libraries

Welcome to the Libraries! You found us online, and we encourage you to visit our physical spaces, too. We welcome groups for tours and instruction.

  • Members of the UMass Amherst academic community may email their subject librarian directly to schedule an instruction session with a class or group.
  • To access archival materials in person, please see the Visit SCUA page for the Robert S. Cox Special Collections and University Archives Research Center.
  • If you need materials ready for your visit, please use the Ask an Archivist Form and indicate what collection you’d like to use and when you plan to visit.
  • If you’d like to schedule a tour or visit us as a large group, please fill out our Group Visit Planning Form.

We hope to see you soon!
