W.E.B. Du Bois Library
Recent issues of over 80 selected popular magazines, as well as copies of regional, national, and international newspapers are located on the 5th floor of the Du Bois Library in the Current Newspaper and Magazine Area. These popular magazines and newspapers have a location of "UM Current News & Mags - 5th FL" in the online library catalog.
All other periodicals (both bound and unbound) are located on upper floors of the W.E.B. Du Bois library ("the stacks") according to call number.

Science and Engineering Library
The percentage of journals received in electronic format is continually increasing and the most recent issues as well as archives may be available electronically via e-journals from the On-line Public Access Catalog.
The entrance to the Science and Engineering Library is on the 2nd floor of the Lederle Graduate Research Center Low-Rise, Room A273. The current issues of science and engineering print journals are shelved with the bound journals on the two lower floors of the branch library. Access these floors from the stairwell located within the library. Library of Congress call numbers for journals PER A-QD are on the first floor and PER QD-Z are in the basement compact shelving. Some journal volumes from this collection published prior to 1990 are shelved in the W.E.B. Du Bois Library. Check the on-line catalog or call 413.545.1370 for assistance.
